About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified integrative therapist and a member of or registered with the BACP. I have over ten years of experience working as an integrative therapist, where I had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients with different issues, such as PTSD, depression, stress, anxiety, depression, anger management, self-esteem, and self-confidence. I work with bereavement and changes in life circumstances. Trauma in refugee/people trafficking, self-development, domestic violence, panic attacks and transitions.
I am here to help you re-establish the balance in your life, enabling you to flourish, by supporting you in restoring and tapping into your inner strength and building up your resilience so that you can face life’s challenges. I will assist you in learning how to make empowering choices and to have control over your feelings, actions, and relationships, so that you can achieve positive and hopefully lasting changes. I work in both short- and long-term counselling sessions with people who are seeking help to work through the challenges that are inhibiting their quality of life.
i look forward to working with you
