About me and my therapy practice
I am an approachable, experienced and professionally qualified counsellor based in South Ealing, W5. I offer counselling and psychotherapy in a safe and confidential setting and bring many years experience of working with a broad range of issues. I am committed to helping my clients make sense of and work through their difficulties, make changes that are important to them, and ultimately, find more fulfilment in their lives.
I offer an initial assessment session where you can explore, in complete confidence, any issue that is troubling you. It is an opportunity for me to find out a little about you and what brings you to counselling, and for you to see whether you would like to take things further.
Whatever issues you bring, the breadth and depth of the work we do together will involve me helping you to identify what is useful to you as we go along and then tailoring the work accordingly.
If you are interested in booking an initial assessment or have any queries, please call or email me and I will be glad to help.
