About me and my therapy practice
I work in a very person centred approach however I believe that supervision also requires elements of both support and challenge when reflecting on practice. I create a safe space for my supervisees and am happy to work with emotional content as well as professional practice issues
Practice description
I have a varied practice and work with clients who are experiencing challenges in their lives such as addictions and other mental health issues. I am a certified clinical trauma professional and blend somatic work with room based counselling. I also offer Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy as a cutting edge way of working with many issues which are not immediately accessible to rational thinking or processing. This work is done on the ground and is somatic/emotional in content.
My first session
We will agree a contract during our first session which will meet the needs of both parties and will agree the areas which will be covered.

Trainees
