About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP and FPC registered psychodynamic psychotherapist and have a practice minutes from Earls Court Tube.
One of the most difficult things can be to pick up the phone and ask for help but contacting a therapist is a positive and brave step in the right direction.
I offer a calm and confidential space that allows us to consider what might be troubling you. Perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious or depressed? It might be that you are struggling to cope with a recent crisis or looking to resolve longstanding issues, both of which I can help with. It can be enormously helpful to share your thoughts and feelings with someone who is impartial, understanding and informed.
I have experience working with people from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of different issues to include: relationship issues, depression, anxiety, bereavement, low self -esteem, divorce, eating disorders, feeling empty, unfulfilled or suicidal.
I originally trained at WPF Therapy in London, which is a leading psychotherapy training institution in the UK and I abide by the BACP code of ethics. Prior to this I worked in the media industry and charitable sector.
