About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced psychotherapist, working with adults, adolescents and children aged 11 upwards.
With over seven years of experience as a School Counsellor, my passion is helping young people to overcome their mental health difficulties. I work with a range of mental health conditions including anxiety, low mood, eating issues, self-esteem, self harm, trauma and anger management.
I hold an MA (merit) in Counselling from The University of Manchester and continue to focus on professional development to offer the best possible service to clients.
Practice description
I offer a 15-minute initial consultation online to establish your needs and how I can help. Following this, if appropriate, we can begin working together.
Sessions are offered both online and in person in Wilmslow, Cheshire. All sessions take place weekly or bi-weekly, depending on the your needs.
