About me and my therapy practice
I am a Fellow of the National Counselling Society and am qualified in Individual & Couples Therapy. I have been practicing for over 23 years in a variety of settings. In addition to my private practice I have worked within the NHS for over 25 years.
Free Parking. Excellent access to Lewisham and St Johns Stations. Wheelchair access.
I provide in person, telephone and on-line sessions.
My first session
Ahead of a session with me, I will send you my therapy agreement which will provide you with information about my background and style of working. Once we have had three sessions, if you feel comfortable about continuing to work together and feel we are a good fit we can then sign the agreement together.
Regardless of whether you have experienced therapy before or are new to it, our first session together will be focused on you feeling comfortable and for you to tell me a bit about what has brought you to therapy at this time.
It is very important to me that you chose a therapist that works for you. If you feel we are not a good fit, I will fully respect your decision to chose an alternative and will help you to seek a new therapist.
