I have worked in the NHS, Hospice, Voluntary, Youth and University Sectors, and in private practise.
I was the Director of Education at a Counselling & Psychotherapy Training Institute from 1998 to 2018
My first training was with the Metanoia Institute in London, then with Temenos Education in Sheffield.
I trained as a Supervisor with the Institute for Person-centred Learning
My first session
Before our first session I will ask you for some personal details so that I can create a record for you using an online secure system called Bacpac.

I offer online Supervision on Tuesday and Friday and face to face or online Supervision on Wednesday or Thursday.

I have been offering Supervision & Reflective Practise and supervision of supervision for 20 years
I offer face to face and online sessions of 60/90 minutes (from £80/£120)
Practice description
I offer supervision as a relational activity with a three way focus:
You and your wellbeing, your clients/supervisee's presentations and your professional/ethical development.
I supervise experienced, just setting out counsellors & psychotherapists and coaches.
I also offer reflective practise to other professional such as NHS staff, school leaders and those interested in expanding how they think, work and manage their personal wellbeing.
