About me and my therapy practice
With over 30 years’ experience, MA, BSc (Hons), PG Dip Psychotherapy. Dip Counselling.
I have worked and trained in the NHS, Charitable Organisations, Education and in Private Practice, as a Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Assessor, Supervisor, Tutor, and Group Facilitator, with a wide variety of clients, patients and issues: Including; Anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, depression, health-related issues, terminal illness, bereavement and loss, issues of identity and addiction. In addition, to life changing events, existential crisis and work related issues and personal development.
My Private Practice is in Central London just 2 minutes from Marylebone Station, 6 minutes from Baker Street and Edgware Road Station.
Through a therapeutic alliance I work in an integrative and holistic approach including person centred and psychodynamic thought and theory to facilitate a unique therapeutic process tailored to you and your needs, with the aim of achieving insight, growth and healing, as appropriate and indicated by the issues you bring to therapy.
