Clients goals are individual to them but will frequently bring issues relating to Communication, Relationships, Developing Confidence In Teams, Leadership, Building Profile, Confidence and Assertiveness, Procrastination and Decision Making to name a few. What you choose to bring will very much depend on you but we will explore your situation and work towards a workable solution for you and your situation

I appreciate that your time is valuable - I work online via a secure video platform meaning that you don't have to take time out of your busy schedule to travel to me.

I am an experienced BACP Accredited Counsellor & Coach with over 20 years experience. Prior to this I was a Senior Manager working in Financial Services Marketing. 

I am passionate about helping you overcome any issues you might be facing and helping you to develop yourself and grow confidently within your career. I offer a supportive and empathic approach with a solution focussed approach to help you identify and establish a new way forward.

I'm based on the South Coast between Chichester & Bognor Regis, West Sussex. However you can work with me from anywhere in the UK as I work online via a video link - by simply clicking the link you will be able to access your session from the comfort of your own home, wherever you might be based. 

Individual Sessions - £65

Feel free to try an initial session - the cost is £65 for 1 hour and I will provide you with a video link that you will be able to use for this and any further sessions we have. 

Within this first session, I will aim to understand what it is that you want to work on and explore how we might be able to work together to find a helpful or productive solution.
