My first session

Our first session will be a 90-minute initial session at a reduced fee of £95. This session helps us gain deeper insight into:

• Whether we both feel able to connect and work together

• An in-depth exploration of what brings you to therapy at this time

• How therapy can best support you and its limitations

• Your expectations of therapy

• An experience of how I work

• Insights into your presenting issues

• What to expect regarding boundaries and confidentiality in therapy

• Starting therapy and the way forward

“The initial session with Sabi was insightful and empathetic. I came away feeling like something heavy had been lifted from my shoulders. It was helpful to voice what I thought I needed and have someone offer wise insight into how therapy could help me. Sabi’s way of working didn’t feel prescriptive, and I was surprised how quickly time went by. Sabi is intuitive, calm, and gentle. I appreciated this throughout the sessions I had with her.” (Anonymous, 2024)

Sessions following the initial appointment are scheduled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on what best suits your needs and circumstances. I understand that therapy represents a significant financial commitment, and I aim to offer accessibility and flexibility to make this process as manageable as possible. I regularly review our progress together to ensure we stay aligned with your goals and make adjustments as needed to best support your ongoing development.
