About me and my therapy practice
I'm a London-based therapist, mental health consultant, speaker and author with a passion for helping people.
I firmly believe that looking after your mind should be as accessible as eating right, sleeping well and physically exercising. I hope to make this a reality for any many people as possible be that through therapy, my books or my social media.
I usually work weekly with clients, supporting them to get closer to where they would like to be. I do this using an interactive, integrative and relational approach.
Practice description
My private practice offers support for a range of emotional and psychological topics including addiction, grief, eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, self-harm and relationship issues, through a dynamic, holistic and integrative, person-centered approach.
