About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP Accredited, integrative counsellor and I have been working in this profession since qualifying in 2014. I welcome enquiries from adults seeking therapy as well as parents and guardians of young people who would like counselling support. I also work with Counselling trainees, at concessionary rates. I am a BUPA recognised therapist which means I accept clients covered by their health insurance.
I have previously worked as a counsellor in schools, the police force, general counselling services including the NHS as well as various charities. I am currently a part of the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) at the Priory hospital in Hayes.
I have a wealth of experience in helping clients through various difficulties including: anxiety and social anxiety, school related stress, OCD, self-esteem problems, work related burnout, depression, relationship and family relation difficulties, loss and grief, parenting, maternity, pregnancy and various degrees of trauma including PTSD, social isolation, minority experience.
I offer a positive and calm environment where you will be able to explore the difficulties you might be facing. I am able to adjust the way I work and my therapeutic approach, to suit your tempo and your preference.
I have worked for both statutory and private sectors which gave me the opportunity to counsel people from different backgrounds and cultures. I have a very good understanding of challenges impacting our psychological well-being today.

About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I'm Hanna. I am a BACP accredited, integrative counsellor, experienced in supervising and mentoring psychological therapists.
I support supervisees working with adults, children and adolescents. I am able to work with counsellors working for agencies as well as those in private practice. I create a positive environment where you can explore your work with clients, gain a different perspective and think about your own wellbeing.
Practice description
My work as a counsellor allowed me to gain various experiences in more general settings as well as speciality areas such as therapeutic support for children at a primary school, counselling police officers and staff as well as therapy with refugees and asylum seekers, where sessions were assisted by interpreters. As a Senior Psychological therapist at a charitable organisation I supported psychological therapists who used a variety of modalities. I work in an Integrative way, being open to ideas from different therapeutic approaches.

Before we agree to have a session, I would like to have a conversation of approximately 20 minutes on the phone or online. This would allow us to clarify your needs and agree on the optimal timing and setting.
