About me and my therapy practice
My passion is enabling, encouraging and learning collaboratively as this environment develops personal awareness, emotional regulation and the neurological flexability to navigate life, whilst, most of the time, feeling grounded, energised and present.
Private practice: since 1983 I have offered safe and effective therapeutic approaches through excellent clinical skills and experience, which enables clear identification and treatment of a wide range of psychological, emotional, behavioural and spiritual issues.
Diagnoses (self or medical) include: Long term anxiety & depression, Chronic Low Self Esteem, Neurodiversity, Neurodivergence, Complex & Multiple Trauma, Bipola, Life Changing Injury, Long Term Conditions including LT Covid.
I am unable to work with clients who are actively at risk to themselves or others, as these clients require consistent daily support.
For individuals who require reduced fees, I offer groups (max of four clients).
The therputic styles I offer are: Integrative Psychotherapy, CBT (wave 2,3 & 4) , CFT, ACT, Expanded Thinking, Adlerian Psychology & Polyvagal Informed Therapy. c. 100,000 hours of clinical, supervision and teaching experience.
I offer face to face, telephone and zoom appointments with individuals, couples, families, and groups, providing compassionate progressive therapy, coaching, supervision and group work.
From 2002 I have worked as a clincian within the NHS (primary and secondary services). NHS policy excludes me working with all NHS clients (past and present) in my private practice.

Your context: your responsibilities, home life, support networks, health issues that may impede you, your self care.

About me and my therapy practice
With an extensive depth and breath of knowledge of training (40 years), coaching and systemic dyamics, I offer highly effective individualised training to meet the requirments of the organisation and realsitic requirements of all individuals.
Topics include: effective, respectful non-BS communication, soft skills, team collaboration, can do attitudes, courage to maintaine appropriate boundaries, mature mangement of natural ruptures and many other key topics.
Individuals are, for the most part, responsible for their wellbeing, and organsiaitions are responsible for developing an encourging, respectful, enabling culture that is clear and precise on the resonable requirements for all employees.
Of course the cultrue is also developed through the style and attitudes of each individual.
All individuals learn through modelling and example. If any member of the team are finding aspects of their role challenging, appropriate training is significantly more benficial (and cost effective) than managing the employee out of the team, company or promoting them up and away.
All individuals have the capacity to develop, when provided with the correct elements.
