Availability
I am now offering face to face counselling at two centres, in Edenbridge at the Eden Centre and in Lingfield at the Community Centre. I currently have availability within my practice.
About me and my therapy practice
I have counselled a wide range of people mainly in the voluntary sector since 2002 and have experienced working with grief and loss as a volunteer with Cruse Bereavement Care and with more general issues, for example, relationship problems, anxiety and depression with young people within the YMCA, more recently as a Community Counsellor.
My approach to counselling is person centred, I believe that people have within themselves an understanding of what is troubling them. I believe that I can provide a safe and confidential space where I can listen to you talking about any difficulties you may be facing. In this way, I can help you decide what it is you need to do.
You can also find more information on my website www.counselling-one-to-one.com.
