About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling overwhelmed or struggling with anxiety, anger, bereavement, depression, work related stress, relationship or family issues? I offer a safe, confidential environment to explore your worries and concerns. My values as a Counsellor are to offer compassion, understanding, warmth and create a trusting relationship. Over the last 12 years I have worked with individuals, couples, children and young people as well as organisations/charities. I specialise in working with Autism, Disabilities and Cancer.
Counselling can help you to explore your fears and feelings, discover more about yourself as an individual and improve relationships with others, helping you identify solutions, overcome challenges and to facilitate change.
Short term counselling is available or long term psychotherapy can work through deeper issues such as abuse, fears and traumas.
I provide an opportunity for an initial no obligation consultation to see if my approach is right for you at this time.
I am also qualified as a Supervisor to support other counsellors in their practice.
