About me and my therapy practice
When life feels challenging, having someone who can help you see the wood for the trees in a compassionate and non-judgmental way can be life changing.
Perhaps you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed or baffled by what is happening in your life? The cause may be feelings of anxiety, depression, loss, relationship difficulties, or work issues? I have a wealth of experience as a therapist and I will listen to you with an open and curious mind. I can provide insight, understanding and encouragement to help you address the challenges, issues or problems you are facing – the very same ones which may feel impossible to overcome alone.
Practice description
I am a down to earth, warm and engaging person – my background working in music, marketing and entertainment has given me a wonderful grounding in connecting with people from many different walks of life. Working as a therapist for over a decade has deepened my appreciation of the rich tapestry of cultures, perspectives and talents which make us all unique. This informs my respectful and empathic approach to each individual client. My first session

Whatever you are dealing with, whether it is something overwhelming, something you may not have shared with another human being before or something that feels small but is taking up a lot of headspace, I am confident that we can work together to help you feel more understood, satisfied and fulfilled.
As your therapist, I am here to offer you a level of robustness, safety and unwavering support that means I will not be phased by the simplicity or the complexity of your worries.
I help clients with anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationships, sexual issues, family issues, gender-specific issues and life-stage work: early adulthood, parenthood, mid-life, menopause, ageing.
Talking to me can help you to feel heard, understood and supported. Developing your understanding of what is going on can help you to build more confidence to lead a more fulfilling and enjoyable life.
Clients tell me they enjoy the warm and empathic approach that I offer, they tell me this helps them to build trust in the relationship we have and the therapy room is a place where they feel safe and supported to really be themselves and connect with what they want.
