About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified and experienced psychotherapist, counsellor and supervisor working with individuals and groups. We can explore together what your needs are and consider the best options for you.
Whatever your reason for accessing therapy, we can discuss during an initial appointment, and you can decide if you would like further sessions. Therapy can be useful to help with many common aspects of life, such as depression and anxiety, among many others. It can be an opportunity to find a way to explore difficult experiences that happen to all of us in life, in a non-judgmental setting. I am an integrative therapist, which means I can adapt to best suit your needs.
I specialise in trauma and have extensive experience within the NHS, Rape Crisis and other voluntary sector organisations. I contribute to conferences and trainings and ongoing research.
