About me and my therapy practice
I offer you a warm, safe, confidential and non-judgmental space, where you can feel free to explore your experience of life and express your thoughts and feelings about the difficulties you are facing.
I can help you to understand yourself and to discover and strengthen your own inner resources so that you can then make decisions about what, if any changes you wish to make in your life. You may understand where your problems lie, or it may not be so clear, but you do know that you feel unable to cope as usual with everyday life. It can help to talk to someone neutral who is trained to listen with warmth and kindness and accept us for who we are.
As well as my private practice, I also work for TBC Healthcare, helping people work through their relationship with food and their emotional eating often linked to childhood abuse and trauma.
Grief, Loss, Addiction, Depression, Anxiety, Low Self-Esteem and Trauma are also often predominate factors.
