About me and my therapy practice
After a decade of working face-to-face with individuals and couples I am now working mainly online from my lovely garden room in Mere. This enables those with disabilities, age-related infirmity, agoraphobia and who live in isolated rural areas or busy schedules to gain access to therapy in the comfort of their own homes. I use Zoom.

About me and my therapy practice
I usually work in Marylebone on Thursdays. I accept referrals from BAPAM as well as insured clients and self-funded clients. I offer couples therapy as well as individual theraoy.
At the moment I am working online with most clients and will be happy to offer online working to all clients in future. I have received additional training and accreditation for online working and now have several years' experience.
I am also available for supervision and training doctoral students at the NSPC.
Practice description
I work at home both online and offering face-to-face therapy. I live on the border between Wiltshire, Somerset and Dorset and so am able to serve 3 counties. I will undertake home visits where appropriate.
My first session
My sessions are usually 1 hour in duration and my first session is chargeable. Where possible I spend more than an hour with a new client in order to start working immediately.
I work from an Existential perspective which means I am not directive, but instead work with you to enable you to make the choices which are right for you. Each client is unique: part of the work is to help you unlock the skills and resources you have within you to solve your problems. Psychotherapy is a process of change. You have to want to change for it to work. Always remember that there is no guarantee you can change the behaviour of other people. What you can change is how you react to what they say and do to you.
