About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified counsellor with 20 years experience working in G.P surgeries and 7 years in private practice. I embrace the integrative approach meaning that I draw on a range of therapeutic techniques to suit the individual.
Counselling can be a short or long term intervention and will help to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe place. This can provide a better understanding of your problems which should help you move forward and facilitate change.
Many different things may bring you to counselling and I work with a wide range of issues. I aim to provide a compassionate, empathetic but down to earth approach which takes account of personal history and yet be focused and goal orientated. I work from Bexley Complementary Health centre which is only 6 minutes walk from Bexley Station.
