About me and my therapy practice
Making the decision to come to counselling can be quite challenging, so well done for seeking support at this time. It is important that you find the right counsellor to work with so I offer a free initial 30 minute meeting or telephone call where we can discuss what has led you to seek therapy and how best we can work together. This will make it easier for you to make a decision as to whether I am the right counsellor for you.

I provide a confidential, non-judgemental space where you feel safe and supported, allowing you to explore the difficulties that led you to seek counselling.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer both group and one to one supervision. I supervise counsellors in private practice, in voluntary agencies in Swindon and Chippenham and in local charities. Additionally, I have experience of supervising non counselling professionals. I hold an Advanced Diploma in Counselling Supervision. My practice is based largely on the Hawkins & Shohet 7 Eyed Model but I also draw on Inskipp & Proctor’s Tasks of Supervision and Page & Wosket’s Cyclical Model.
I offer reduced rates to trainee counsellors and charities.
