About me and my therapy practice

Counselling involves building a special and trusting relationship, where individuals feel heard and supported as they work through difficult feelings and emotions in a safe, confidential space.

I practise humanistic counselling, which focuses on self-discovery and achieving your full potential as a human being. It considers everything that makes you a unique individual, and your relationship with the world around you. Humanistic therapy is client-led, so I will work with you on the issues you want to explore, supporting you to unlock your potential and make positive changes in your life.

My first session

The first session is for 30 minutes, and is free of charge. We will use the time to understand what you are hoping to gain from counselling, and to decide if I am the right therapist for you.
