About me and my therapy practice
I offer collaborative, person-centered Walking Therapy as well as Creative Therapy and Counselling.
We will work together to identify and address the issues troubling you and tailor your sessions to make the most of our time together.
Practice description
I offer 60 minute sessions and currently am seeing Walking Therapy clients from my practice in Chesham. Sessions take place on Chesham Moor or Face to Face from my home practice nearby. I also offer online sessions.
Appointment times are flexible and sessions usually will take place unless the weather is bad enough to prevent us communicating effectively.
Walking sessions are not a workout and are taken at your pace, a chance to take counselling out of the office space and connect with the outdoors as well as yourself.
My first session
Please email me through the BACP Directory or the form on my website www.walk-it-out.com and I will write back to arrange a convenient time to call for a free 15 minute consultation before our first session together.
This will not be a 'therapy session' but more of a chance to see wether we are suited to working together and if I can provide the right working relationship for you.
