About me and my therapy practice
With nearly 20 years of clinical experience, I specialize in helping clients navigate complex challenges, including trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and issues surrounding sex, intimacy, and relationships. My professional background spans diverse settings, from Central London’s Nightingale Hospital, a leading private mental health facility, to supporting frontline staff at the London Fire Brigade and working with offenders in the prison system. These experiences have provided me with a unique perspective and deep understanding of how to support individuals facing a wide range of difficulties.
I integrate a variety of evidence-based and holistic approaches, including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Gestalt Therapy, alongside advanced training in Mindfulness, Somatic Trauma Therapy, and Psychosexual Therapy. My work is tailored to your specific needs, whether you’re seeking to process trauma, manage anxiety or depression, navigate ADHD, or build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
Therapy with me is collaborative, adaptable, and present-centred. I focus on helping you understand and work through what holds you back—whether it’s unresolved emotional pain, unhelpful patterns of behaviour, or difficulties in intimacy and connection. Together, we’ll explore your values, process past events, and develop practical tools for long-term growth.
I offer secure, flexible online therapy sessions via platforms like Zoom, ensuring the same depth and effectiveness as in-person work. Our journey begins with a free 15-minute consultation, where we’ll discuss your goals and determine if we’re a good fit. From there, we’ll create a plan for short-term or long-term sessions based on your aspirations and needs.
Practice description
My practice is dedicated to helping clients work through trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and challenges with relationships, sex, and intimacy. Drawing on nearly 20 years of clinical experience, I provide compassionate and tailored support to help you achieve meaningful and lasting change. I’ve worked in leading mental health settings, including Nightingale Hospital, the London Fire Brigade, and the prison system, gaining extensive expertise in addressing a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties.
I use a blend of therapeutic approaches, including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Gestalt Therapy, as well as advanced training in Mindfulness, Somatic Trauma Therapy, and Psychosexual Therapy. This integrative approach allows me to adapt our work to your specific needs, whether you’re seeking to resolve past trauma, manage emotional challenges, or create healthier relationships with yourself and others.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process where we explore what’s holding you back and work toward what matters most to you. Sessions are focused on present-moment awareness and curiosity, helping us uncover patterns, process blocked emotions, and develop tools for navigating life’s complexities. Whether you’re aiming to build deeper intimacy, find fulfilment in your career, or address unresolved trauma, our work together is designed to help you reconnect with your strengths and values.
I offer online therapy sessions that provide the same depth as in-person work, making therapy accessible and flexible to fit your schedule. We’ll begin with a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your goals and see if we’re a good fit. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive environment where you can process your experiences, experiment with new ways of relating, and build a foundation for long-term growth and healing.
My first session
I suggest we start with a telephone or video consultation. There is no charge for this and it normally lasts around ten-to-fifteen minutes.
From there, we can decide whether to meet for an initial, in-person session. Here, we will discuss your issues in more detail and identify what you are hoping for from the sessions. You will get a flavour of my way of working, and a sense of me as a person.
After that, we will both take some time to think about it and decide if we are a good fit for continuing the work.
If we agree to continue, you will have a weekly slot in my diary. We will continue until it is time to stop.

Practice description
In my practice, I provide a detailed, integrative approach to help clients overcome challenges such as trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and difficulties with relationships, sex, and intimacy. My nearly 20 years of clinical experience include working in prestigious settings like Nightingale Hospital, supporting first responders at the London Fire Brigade, and helping individuals in the prison system. These roles have shaped my ability to work with a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and relational issues, helping clients build resilience and create meaningful change.
I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to tailor each session to your specific needs. My work integrates evidence-based methods like Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Gestalt Therapy, with specialized training in Mindfulness, Somatic Trauma Therapy, and Psychosexual Therapy. This allows me to address both emotional and physical experiences, helping clients process past traumas, regulate emotions, and explore relational or sexual dynamics in a safe and supportive way.
Our work together is rooted in present-moment awareness. By focusing on what emerges during sessions—whether emotions, sensations, or patterns in behaviour—we can better understand what holds you back and practice new ways of relating to yourself and others. This could involve resolving past trauma, addressing intimacy issues, managing ADHD, or finding tools to navigate anxiety and depression. My approach is highly collaborative, ensuring that we adapt therapy to align with your personal goals and values.
My first session
I suggest we start with an introductory call. This can be by telephone or video call, which should last around fifteen minutes. From there, we can decide whether to meet for a first session.
The first session is part of the assessment stage. It's a chance for me to learn more about the key issues you want to address in therapy and the outcomes you hope for. It's also a chance for you to get a better sense of me and how I work. I generally suggest we wait a day or so after the first session before committing to working together.
