About me and my therapy practice
My background is in Human Resources (HR) with over 20 years working in local government. I am an experienced Integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist that works interactively to meet the needs of my clients. In addition, I am trained as a Cognitive and Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and deliver CBT in accordance with the National Institute of Health Care and Excellence (NICE) guidelines; and I am a qualified Therapeutic Counselling Supervisor.
From my private practice in Edmonton, North London I provide a warm, safe, caring, confidential and non-judgemental space for my clients to work through difficult and distressing issues. I also work as a counsellor at a branch of Mind.
I offer face-to-face short and long-term counselling and psychotherapy for adults who self-refer to me. Due to Covid-19 I have been offering online and telephone counselling.
