Psychotherapy, Couples Therapy & Supervision sessions are available via telephone & online (Zoom)About me and my therapy practice
There are many reasons why people choose to come to therapy. For some, it can be a sense of discomfort, an internal struggle, or perhaps an external trigger has pushed you towards seeking support.
Therapy can be an empowering experience, enabling you to reconnect with yourself, to notice & take care of your needs, bringing self awareness, healing & a deeper sense of security.
I work to provide clients with a safe & attuned therapeutic experience. This gives you the space to look at old patterns of behaviour that are no longer serving you, supporting you to make healthier changes, moving you forward into a place of authenticity.
I have been working as a therapist since 2010. My main training & theoretical background is Transactional Analysis & Relational Integrative Psychotherapy.
Couples & Relationship Therapy
I am a qualified Couples Therapist & have been working with couples since 2013. I work with heterosexual relationships & those who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community who are at various stages in their relationship.
Relationship therapy allows you to work through problems in your current relationship, look at how past relationships may be affecting your current one & explore ways of improving & strengthening your relationships in the future.
I believe my primary role is to help you improve your responses to each other without violating your integrity, core values or deeply held principles.
The major aim of relationship therapy is increasing your knowledge about yourself, your partner and the patterns of interaction between you. Therapy becomes effective as you apply new knowledge to break ineffective patterns and develop better ones.
I also offer a Couple's Intensive which is a bespoke course, specifically designed for your relationship. This takes place over 1 or 2 days, depending on which you would prefer.
Please get in touch for further details.
