About me and my therapy practice
I am an Integrative clinical supervisor and I offer supervision to those in private practice, within the NHS, NGO's and Reflective Practice to those in education and companies.
I enjoy supervising those with relational issues; the more complex the better! I have worked within 121 settings, group and family settings, so am happy to help you explore these area's in supervision.
I am experienced in working with EDI matters from grass roots to SLT level and suporting supervisee's who work cross-culturally and with a diverse cultural range of clients or businesses. I would welcome such enquiries.
I also offer Reverse Mentoring to those in management and senior leadership roles, and to practitioners who are keen to explore unconscious bias, akward cultural presenations and question cultural issues that present when in contact with those who are culturally different.
I qualified in 2014
Following the free 15 minute consultation, if we decide to work together, supervision runs for 90mins and is charged at £75.00.
Practice description
I have an interest in working with practitioners who support parents with young children with challenging behaviour (aged 3-7yrs) or who identify as having ASD or ASD traits.
Having spent much time working with clients from diverse heritage groups, I welcome the opportunity to work with such practitioners, either themselves with dual heritage or with clients of dual heritage.
I have extensive experience of working with senior leadership team (SLT) members, in helping them address issues that impact their work-life balance, using clear structures, exploration and support. I also offer Reverse Mentoring for members of management, SLT and clinical practitioners. Please contact me for further details.
All work now takes place from my online private practice or on the telephone, as I understand that meeting face to face, traveling, health boundaries and other limitations can bring up their own set of challenges, especially during a time of financial difficulty for many.
My first session
I offer a free 15 minute consultation.
This is our 15 minute chat which will provide you with an opportunity to ask any questions you may have related to the way I practice as a supervisor, and for us to see if we might be a good match.
If at the end of our chat we decide to work together, I will send you a working agreement to read through, sign and return, then we can set a start date to begin our work.

About me and my therapy practice
Struggling? I know it can be really difficult at times, so I‘m here to help.
I am a qualified and experienced Integrative psychotherapist. I have worked therapeutically in the public sector (NHS and education), in the private sector and within my own private practice for over 27 years. I've worked with adolescents in CAMHS, with individual adults within EAP services, with parents with small children with behavioural issues and corporately and across all walks of life. I work with individuals and in group settings and especially enjoy working with adolescents, couples and families.
For many of the clients I’ve worked with, I’ve seen issues arise from unresolved childhood concerns including attachment or connection challenges, leading to relationship difficulties either with themselves or with others in their adult life. This can impact client’s self-esteem or self-confidence and leave client’s feeling a sense of inequality or discrimination. Other more present issues such as bereavement or trauma have also been worked through in my practice.
Practice description
I have an interest in working with parents with young children with challenging behaviour (aged 3-7yrs) more commonly identified as ASD or ASD traits. Kicking, screaming, biting, self-harming, lining up toys, tantrums, communication difficulties etc. can all be addressed with help and support.
Having spent much time working with clients from diverse heritage groups, who wish to explore the question; “Who am I?”, I welcome the opportunity to work with such clients, and helping them discover themselves so they find peace with who they actually are. Clients have found therapy to be a great journey of discovery.
I have extensive experience of working with members of any senior leadership team (SLT), in helping them address issues that impact their work-life balance, with clear help, support and exploration. I also offer Reverse Mentoring for members of managers or any SLT. Please contact me for further details.
I have a special interest in working with people who have suffered trauma or distress as a result of difficult childhood experiences – particularly childhood emotional abuse and neglect.
All work now takes place from my online private practice or on the telephone, as I understand that meeting face to face, traveling, health boundaries and limitations can bring up their own set of challenges, especially during a time of financial difficulty for many.
