About me and my therapy practice
It is my belief that supervision should provide a safe and non-judgemental space for counsellors, as we provide for our clients; enabling us to reflect on our work and explore our own processing. I feel supervision works best when it is collaborative, with the supervisee having a sense of ownership, taking an active part in their ongoing development.

About me and my therapy practice
Are you depressed or feel deep sadness? Do you suffer with anxiety, lay awake worrying, feeling hopeless and stuck? Or are you woken by nightmares and flashbacks of past experiences. Perhaps you are holding resentment and anger which is all to consuming. Alongside you, I can help you explore and understand whatever is taking over your life and worrying you. Counselling will help you feel and function better, make a difference to your self esteem and confidence, in your everyday life with friends and family as well as in your workplace.
Practice description
During my training, I have worked and expanded my experience with clients, working in schools, for a MH charity and a charity supporting female survivors who had experienced any form of sexual violence. These areas have given me a deep understanding of working with a variety of issues, particularly effecting women: child sexual abuse, depression, self-harm, addictions, eating issues, trauma, PTSD, sexual identity and suicidal feelings.
I offer a warm welcome in a safe, caring and supportive space, enabling you to explore your thoughts and feelings in a confidential setting without judgement.
My first session
If you are unsure of how counselling works, please call me for a free 20 minute consultation , without obligation, to discuss your needs and to see how I may help you and answer any questions that might be worrying you or message me using the template. Do not struggle on your own...be kind to yourself. If you are thinking about it...talk about it. I look forward to hearing from you.
