About me and my therapy practice
My supervision practice is under-pinned by an humanistic (person centred framework). I am an intergrative supervisor.
Practice description
As a supervisor, I take an interest in both the person I am supervising and their clinical practice. Particular areas of interest to me as a supervisor are Self Care, Complexities in therapeutic work and personal growth.
I supervise non-clinical and clinical staff as a manager within services. My experience is broad involving both coaching and clinical supervisory techniques and models.
I offer group supervision and 1:1 supervision. I am experienced in supervising therapists that are in training as well as more experienced psychotherapists. I have experience in different models and approaches to supervision. I thrive on working with difference and diversity.
I hope this enables me to be a current, flexible and adaptable supervisor. I pride myself on keeping up to date with developments in the therapeutic world.
I have many years of experience supervising volunteers within charity and volunteer settings.

I am a member of the BACP, BABCP, EFT International and the Association of Intergral Eye Movement Practitioners. I hold a current Enhanced DBS disclosure. I am fully insured to practice.
Practice description
I am a Registered Certified Accredited Advanced EFT Practitioner and Registered Advanced Integral Eye Movement (IEMT) Practitioner. I am trained in Mindfulness which I practice personally every day. I offer Mindfulness to both groups and individuals. I am a Clinical Casework Supervisor.
I am an experienced Couples and Family Therapist. I work with opposite sex, same sex, transgender people and couples. I work across the spectrum of poly relationships. I work with sexual and sexuality difficulties, identity issues including Intersex struggles.
I have experience with children, parenting, second and extended families, affairs, anger, domestic violence, communication difficulties, impact of life-stage transitions, separation and divorce. I have many years experience in working with terminal illness, difficult diagnosis, bereavement and loss.
I am registered and accredited in working with eating disorders. I have extensive experience in working with Personality Disorders (PD) and Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID).
I have extensive experience working with prisoners, the parole board and other professionals. This includes working with those serving life sentences. I am experienced in multi-agency working.
I work with children, young people and adults.

I work across the full spectrum of disorders. In my work I have a particular passion in working with suicidal people, survivors of suicide and with the families/friends of those whom live with the aftermath of suicide.
I have worked within Autism and Intellectual Impairment. I have managed a statutory disability service for many years.
I work with behavioural distress in children, teens and adults. I am skilled in working with behavioural challenges/dysregulation.
