About me and my therapy practice

I completed my Clinical Supervision training with CPPD in Integrative Clinical Supervision which enables me to draw from a number of different modalities including Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Gestalt and Transpersonal. I offer supervision to both trainee supervisees and therapists who come from diverse therapeutic training backgrounds.

My first session

All sessions are 50 minutes long. The first session is an opportunity for us to find out more about each other in terms of how we work so as to establish whether we would be a good fit to continue the work together.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a fully trained and qualified Psychotherapist (MSc, MBACP (2014), PGDip, UKCP (Transpersonal Couples Counselling) (2016), and Clinical Supervisor (PGDip, CCPD, 2016).

I have been working in the field of mental health since 2002 and orignially began studying Neuroscience (BSc, UCL, 2000). I have experience working with a wide range of presenting issues including depression, childhood trauma, relationship difficulties, palliative care, anxiety, low self-esteem and confidence issues for example) with adults from diverse multi-cultural, sociocultural and ethnic backgrounds.

The most important part of the therapeutic process is establishing a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship. As an Integrative psychotherapist, I draw upon a number of different modalities in accordance with each individual and their unique experiences rather than working solely within one framework.

Due to my interest in the unconscious and the soul, following further training in Transpersonal Couples Psychotherapy and Counselling, I have now embarked upon a journey and further training into Jungian Analytical Psychology (2016-Present) with the Guild of Analytical Psychology.
