I offer individual supervision for trainee counsellors as well as qualified counsellors and psychotherapists. 

I offer a relational approach to supervision, helping therapists to explore their own style of working and to explore their client material.

I can also offer support to trainees while getting the experience they need to complete their training hours and to develop a practice of their own. 

Having gained BACP Accreditation as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist, I can help support others through that process.

A qualified counsellor with a BACP accredited Diploma in Counselling from the London Gestalt Centre and a Diploma in Couples Counselling and Psychotherapy from CCPE.

I work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, dealing with relationship or work problems, chronic pain or the impact of trauma or loss. 

With over thirty years of personal recovery and over 20 years experience working with addiction, I help people to understand their relationship to their substance or addictive behaviour and to let go of what no longer serves them. 

I can help addicts/alcoholics as they transition from active addiction into a sober/clean/abstinent way of life using the principles of 12 step recovery.

I also work with couples who are dealing with conflict, infidelity, intimacy or communication problems or who have found themselves at a stage in their relationship where they need a safe space to explore some issues together.

Another area of expertise is in supporting women to navigate the mental health impact of transitioning through menopause.

I offer mindfulness based and somatic approaches to clients when appropriate.

My fee for a 50 minute therapy session is £80 for individuals and £100 for couples.
