I currently provide clinical supervision and staff counselling for Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust based at Rampton Hospital. I provide clinical supervision to counsellors in various NHS trusts across the UK (including; Black Country Healthcare NHS FT Walsall Talking Therapies Service, North East Lincs Talking Therapies, Rotherham Doncaster & South Humber NHS FT Trust & Oxfordshire Health NHS FT Trust Talking Space Plus), supervise student counsellors at Leeds Beckett University and mental health practitioners at Northpoint Wellbeing and provide supervision to trainee DIT therapists at Roehampton University and the Anna Freud Centre.
I am an Anna Freud Centre recognised DIT Supervisor (https://www.annafreud.org/training/health-and-social-care/dynamic-interpersonal-therapy/dynamic-interpersonal-therapy-approved-supervisors/) and an approved SPTI Supervisor for BSc (Hons) Counselling & Psychotherapy trainees (https://www.spti.net/home/).
I facilitate reflective practice at the University of Sheffield Clinical Psychology Unit, where I support trainee Clinical Psychologists in exploring their attachment to their developing professional role, encourage them to consider the relational dynamics, unconscious drives and motivations in their practice and support them to develop systematic ways of thinking.
