About me and my therapy practice
I work relationally to help you explore all aspects of your clients and your interactions with the material that presents. I offer supportive supervision, ensuring that you feel confident working with your clients.
I can also work creatively, should that be something that is useful to you.
I have a supervision diploma and offer supervision to counsellors on a monthly basis. My supervision is Integrative in nature, which means that I can and do work with different counselling modalities quite comfortably.
Practice description
During our supervision, I am interested in your work with your clients, how you are functioning in general and in what areas of support and growth you might need.
Supervision is not simply rattling through your clients one after the other!
Usually, we meet in a cosy room in my home, with tea and/or (great!) coffee on Tuesdays. However, I also work online (Zoom).
My first session
You are welcome to have a one-off telephone consultation to discuss your Supervision needs and try out whether I might be a good fit for your practice.

About me and my therapy practice
I firmly believe that "It's never too late to be who you might have been" (George Eliot).
You will find a supportive, sensitive, nurturing environment in which you can examine what you are struggling with (free from judgement) to find a happier way into your future.
To do this, I practice Integrative Counselling - drawing on many schools, depending on your needs and comfort levels and what suites you. I can use creative methods if that is something you would like to include.
I can also offer the Safe and Sound Protocol (ILS) which is a listening therapy to bring the Polyvagal system to a state of calm.
Practice description
On Tuesdays, I work from a cosy room in my home, with a downstairs bathroom. You will be offered a range of tea's or (great) coffee.
Zoom sessions are offered for those who can't make in person.
I have card payment facilities in person and will send online links for those on Zoom.
My first session
I offer a low-cost (£30) one-off, no-obligation session to help you determine whether I might be the right person for you and the issue you want to work with.
You can also use this session to get a feel for whether you feel safe and comfortable with me. You are free to 'interview' me and ask me any questions to reassure or inform you.
You can decide after this meeting whether I would be a good fit for you and what you are bringing.
