About me and my therapy practice
I am qualified as a relational supervisor. By developing a trusting relationship with you, I aim to support you to safely explore your work with your clients, developing your reflexive practise and confidence to be fully yourself as a counsellor.
Practice description
sessions can be fortnightly or monthly and time is dependent on your individual needs.
the most important thing you bring to supervision is your own curiosity.
My first session
Our first session is a meeting of two professionals and as such I do not charge as I feel it is more an opportunity for you to assess if I would be the best fit for you.
It is also an opportunity to discuss your likes and dislikes of supervision and how we might work together.

About me and my therapy practice
We can all need someone to help us from time to time, to listen and understand and it takes courage to seek this, especially when we are experiencing emotional distress.
I work in a relational way, tailoring the support to best suit you. Offering a safe, supportive, space for you to begin to explore your challenges, understand yourself and begin to find your way forward.
sessions can be face to face, or by video link.
Practice description
How long you are in therapy is your choice, I offer weekly sessions of 50 minutes working relationally.
I offer creative ways of working as well as more traditional talking therapy.
My first session
Our first session is an opportunity for us both to find out a bit more about each other and most importantly for you to assess how safe and comfortable you feel and whether I am someone you could talk to.
If you don't feel safe and comfortable to talk, it doesn't matter how experienced the therapist is, the therapy is unlikely to be helpful.
When this session is remote, ie by phone or video link I will send my terms and conditions to you before the session. Some FAQs are answered in this and the policies are explained.
Agreeing to a first session does not mean you are agreeing to work with me and you will be be given space to make your decision with out any pressure from me.
