I am a BACP accredited Integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist with over 15 years experience. I am based in Fawkham and can offer face to face and online supervision.

About me and my therapy practice
People may enter counselling for many different reasons. They may be going through a difficult time and are looking for a supportive, non-judgemental space in which to offload, explore, or better understand their experience. Alternatively they may have a specific problem such as anger, bereavement/loss, relationship or trauma issues that they wish to address or work through to enhance their well -being.
I am BACP Accredited Psychotherapist and an EMDR Practitioner (Accred). I practice from an integrative framework, which means I can adapt my approach to meet individual needs. Each client is different and unique with their issues and concerns. I provide a confidential and supportive environment which enables you to express your thoughts and feelings, freely without being judged or given advice. I offer day time or evening appointments where possible.
I also work for AXA, BUPA and Nuffield Health amongst other Private Health and EAP companies
My Rates are
Counselling £60 per 50 min session
EMDR £80 per 50 min session

There is plenty of parking on my drive.
