About me and my therapy practice

I qualified with a PG Diploma in Casework Supervision in 2003. Plus did a further Supervision qualification in 2010 at the Institute of Psychiatry (Kings College) whilst I was Senior Practitioner within a London IAPT service.

My theoretical back ground is Psychodynamic but I am qualified and practice CBT, EMDR, SFBT, MINDFULNESS and BRAIN INJURY.

I am qualified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Eye Movement Desentisiation Reprocessing (EMDR), Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy, Solution Focus Brief Therapy, Clinical Supervision and Brain Injury,

I am a very experienced qualified therapist who seeks to provide a comfortable, safe place for you to work through whatever difficulties you may be experiencing and to receive unconditional, non-judgmental positive regard.

I have been working as a psychological therapist for 20years in the NHS and privately. I am a good therapist who will endeavour to help in collaboration to make the most difficult situations, states of mind contextualised and manageable.

I specialise in trauma and Brain injury but work extensively with Anxiety related disorders and depression.
