Practice description
I am here to offer you that safe space, as I know the thought of opening up and talking about your past trauma and life experience's can feel daunting and scary.
I can offer you that safe space for us to work together at your pace, either weekly or fortnightly to help you understand why you may feel, think and behave in the way that is unique to you. I feel when you understand this about yourself, you gain the power that may have been taken away from you by others.
Having this space for you to reflect on your past/ present experience's enables you to live your best life.
My first session
I offer a free 15 min consultation.
If you decide I am the therapist you would like to work with , I will email you over a contract for you to fill in and return. On our first session we will fill in together an initial assessment form, this enables me to talk through with you what you may want to discuss and work through together in therapy.
