About me and my therapy practice
I tend to work on a relational basis. There is our relationship, your relationship with your client, the relationship I experience from you with your client. I see the supervisor role as a ship, for the most part you are at the helm and I am your second in command communicating how the sea looks to me, and always happy to take the helm if you need.

I work holistically and personally to build a relationship with you and listen to what has gone on in your life and what is going on right now. I will then draw on various ways of counselling tailored to suit you as an individual. I work using Talking Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, EMDR and CBT.
