I am a qualified Counsellor, Executive Coach, Action Learning Set facilitator, Supervisor and Leadership expert focusing on organisations from a systems psychodynamic perspective. I coach and facilitate staff supervision groups consulting on organisational change at a time of restructuring and limited resources. with specific expertise in Mental Health, Social Care, Children, Young People and Families, Learning Disabilities, the NHS, Education and Housing. I have extensive coaching experience, recent work has focused on coaching senior managers after disappointing CQC or OFSTED inspections, women returners, staff returning after long term sickness, teachers finding it difficult communicating with parents, Headteachers and an NHS Head of Nursing coping with unrealistic workloads and staff complications. I have worked worldwide on cross cultural, diversity, mainstreaming gender, cultural diversity, managing capacity and governance.

I am a facilitator and visiting lecturer to the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust’s Working with Groups, Strategic Leadership and Management in the Public Sector, Team Facilitation and Conflict Resolution in the NHS, Engaging with BME Communities, Supervision, PG, MA and CPD programmes. I was a Cohort Director for Elizabeth Garrett Anderson NHS Leadership Academy Award in Senior Healthcare Leadership and MSc Healthcare Leadership programme. I have an MA in Consultation to the Organisation, Fellow Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Member ASIIP, Association For Coaching, British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, BACP Registrant, BACP Coaching, EMCC European Individual Accreditation (EIA) Professional Designation at Senior Practitioner level, European Mentoring and Coaching Council UK and International Society for Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations.
