About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced individual and group supervisor, trained in the 'Seven-eyed model' of supervision. I provide 1:1 integrative or CBT supervision to counselling students and qualified counsellors.
Practice description
I offer face-to-face work with supervisees, with occasional Zoom sessions when required.
I work in private practice, and my counselling/supervision room is located in a peaceful setting on the SW Herts/Bucks border, with parking close by, and within easy reach of the M25, M40 and Chorleywood Met line station.
My first session
The first session involves getting to know each other and finding out what you are looking for from supervision. If we both feel that it would be beneficial to work together, we will sign a supervision agreement, and will review our work together after a few sessions to check how things are going.
I offer a concessionary rate for an introductory session.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer individual counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I work with clients in person, with occasional Zoom sessions when needed.
From my experience, clients often find that counselling provides a valuable opportunity to explore their difficulties, to gain different perspectives and to find a way forward in the situations they are facing.
In terms of my career background, I have previously worked as a careers advisor, in pastoral care, mentoring and administration. I have over fiftteen years' experience as a counsellor, and in addition to my private counselling practice, have worked for three different counselling agencies.
Qualifications: MA Therapeutic Counselling and Psychotherapy, Diploma in Counselling Supervision, Level 5 Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
