About me and my therapy practice
I offer flexible supervision according to your individual needs. I work holistically with my supervisees creating a safe space for genuine reflection, but one in which gentle challenge, affirmation, investigation, collaboration and containment are all a part. Regular feedback and review compete the core supervisory skills to create a sturdy supervisory relationship to help support your work and development as a therapist.
My supervision style champions the Rogerian core conditions, whilst also offering collaborative structure, direction and purpose in accordance with my core training in CBT. I also have a love of the skills and tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, but I will be working with you as a collaborative facilitator and colleague, so if your modality is different, my belief is that by describing how you are working and why, that too will have deep usefulness to you as a practitioner.

About me and my therapy practice
I have been a full-time self-employed therapist in Banbury for more than twelve years and in that time I have treated more than eight-hundred people. I love what I do and feel daily gratitude to be given the chance to help and to make a difference.
I offer a safe space in which you can freely, fully and securely express and explore yourself. I offer the effective tools and techniques of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to build concrete strategies and find effective solutions. CBT for depression and anxiety is a solution-focussed action plan to get you feeling better, fast. Some of my clients chose to stay for longer periods to do deeper, more sensitive work; such as healing low self-esteem or understanding recurring relationship patterns.
I passionately celebrate diversity and can quickly build nurturing, respectful and trusting relationships and I warmly invite you to join me to talk. I am always humbled and honoured to witness my clients becoming more self-aware, more self-accepting and truer to themselves.
My ground-floor therapy room is suitable for clients with impaired mobility.
Practice description
I offer therapy to adults, couples and children. I am also a clinical supervisor. My therapy suite is spacious and private.
I also offer video and telephone counselling sessions.
My first session
The first session will involve welcoming you to the room, introducing myself and CBT, and hearing what your goals for therapy are. In this session I expect to also detail my treatment plan and the rationale behind it.
Most of my clients report feeling relief and hope from the very first session.
There is no pressure to go on to book further sessions.
