About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced practitioner working with adults and young people internationally and in the UK. I support those experiencing mild to moderate social-emotional anxiety and depression, whether that is due to life events or linked to neurodiversity, (encompassing a wide range of conditions), including the impact of ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Dyslexia and Dyspraxia -Working memory /learning issues to name but a few.
Please do ask me about access needs, including the counselling environment and any sensory or physical requirements you may have. I'm happy to discuss how we can best address your needs to create a comfortable space for our sessions.
In addition, I therapeutically support those experiencing separation /divorce and shared care conflicts, family court /CAFCASS/ and those experiencing Interim Care Orders, and family legal proceedings.
For individuals seeking therapy, for someone to open up to, looking for coping strategies to deal with mild to moderate mental health issues, thoughts feelings and behaviours, relationships or how to better manage life, I have fifteen years of experience working with many of these issues.
As well as face-to-face appointments in the Town Centre Leek practice (UK), and as a certified online international counsellor, I offer secure video conferencing for online appointments where you are.
