About me and my therapy practice
I am a trained supervisor offering general and more specialist supervision.I provide an evening and weekend in-person, online, email or telephone psychotherapy service. I use an integrative/pluralistic form of psychotherapy.
Practice description
My focus is upon collaboration and finding what is right for you in terms of therapy. This is enabled through forming a therapeutic relationship based on trust, warmth, respect, empathy and unconditional positive regard. The therapeutic relationship provides a safe therapeutic space for you to talk about, understand and find helpful ways to move forward in your life.
I have worked in the field of mental health for over 15 years supporting people to recover and find new meaning in their lives as a mental health nurse in clinical practice, academia as a lecturer in mental health, and at present, I work as a therapist for the NHS.

My first session
I offer a free 20 minute consultation as our first session. This allows you to ask any questions and also provides me with an opportuntity to introduce myself, my practice and for you to get a feeling as to whether I might be the right therapist for you.
