I currently have some hours available on a Tuesday or Thursday daytime, 10 - 5. I generally work between 10 and 5 daytime hours and one evening between 6 and 9.

I generally take a 10 day break at Christmas and Easter and shall be taking a summer break between 20th July and 3rd August.

I can be contacted by email or telephone and will get back to you by your preferred means. I also offer a free initial telephone discussion.

I do some online work but for face to face work will meet you in a comfortable Centre practice room in central Guildford

Generally if you are interested in pursueing counselling I will offer an initial session. this will be an exploratory appointment ; a time to meet, which is not free but is a time for you to decide whether you would wish to have further sessions or not. Usually I offer an initial short contract, up to 6 sessions, with an opportunity to review and continue or close as I offer both short term and long term availability.

A first session will always be an exploratory one; an opportunity for you to speak about whatever it is that brings you to Therapy and through mutual discussion discover how you might be best helped. I allow an hour for this session.

I do not offer a different rate for this session but do offer a preceding telephone or online conversation which is free of charge.
