About me and my therapy practice

I offer individual and small group supervision, either from my own private practice or in your agency. I have experience of working with experienced and trainee counsellors. I have a Diploma in Integrative Supervision of Individuals and Groups from The Grove in London.

I believe supervision should be about building a collaborative relationship where you can bring your self along with your client work and so that any concerns, and successes, can be explored. This will help to create a space where you feel able to explore your therapeutic struggles with your clients without fear of judgement or remonstration.

We will concentrate on your professional and personal development in order for you to continue to work competently and confidently.

As a registered and accredited member of the BACP, I work in accordance with their ethical framework.

Please contact me if you would to arrange a meeting so that you can decide if you feel you would be comfortable working with me as your supervisor.

About me and my therapy practice

I have a Masters Degree in Contemporary Therapeutic Counselling and work psycho-dynamically.

I believe we all have, in ourselves, the ability to work through our own problems; sometimes we just need the space, time and support to do it. Talking through emotional turmoil, life experiences or life changes can help you gain clarity and a better understanding of yourself.

Sometimes talking to our friends and family can seem too daunting, often we can’t help wondering if we will be taken seriously and what they might think of us. We don’t want to worry them or think nobody will be interested.

What would it be like to talk to someone who will listen without judging you or offering you advice? Someone who acts as a thinking partner?

Counselling and Psychotherapy can be an inspiring life experience or solution focused to help you through a particularly difficult time.

Psychodynamic counselling gives a great deal of significance to the role of early experiences in shaping our psychological development and our relationships as adults. As a Psychodynamic therapist I believe we are all influenced by both conscious and unconscious thoughts, desires, fears, anxieties and fantasies.
