I am an integrative supervisor, working with person centred, CBT, and solution focussed therapy.

I am offering open ended supervision sessions.  To support your client work  - we would look together at your stage of practice and collaboratively work on your needs from supervision.   

This would include supporting you, supporting your practice and ultimately supporting your clients.

The first session is a chance to explore your current supervision needs, and to explore how we could work together.

I work in an integrated way , using approaches from person centered to CBT to meet each person and their counselling needs.  I have been a counsellor since 2006 and have experience in schools and university alongside private work.   I believe I am approachable and flexible but also boundaried with the work. I offer up to 6 sessions initially with a review, then work can be ongoing.    

The first session is an opportunity to see how I work, and if I am someone you feel you can work with.  We will look at what has brought you to counselling as well as establish how and when we will meet.
