About me and my therapy practice
I have been a supervisor for many years and have lots of experience of counselling and coaching. I supervise student counsellors, qualified counsellors and other professionals working in different areas of mental health.
I offer face-to-face, telephone and online supervision and after so many weeks in lockdown I would also like to set up some group supervision to help all those of us who work in isolation if there is anyone out there who is interested. It is a brilliant way to discuss our ways of working, meet other like-minded people, network and get some CPD in the process.
My fees start at £50 per hour's session or £55 for one and a half hours supervision and I offer a discount for trainees.
Please contact me on 07803031773.
My first session
The first session is an assessment of what supervision is, where you currently are with your sessions and what you expect to get from supervision. It is an opportunity for us to determine whether we can work together and for you to ask any questions.
I can offer supervision face-to-face, by telephone or online through Zoom or another platform. I will also offer group supervision if there are enough people interested.

About me and my therapy practice
Would you like to be more confident, productive and motivated? Would you like help to change some aspects of your life?
I am a qualified counsellor, CBT therapist, life coach and supervisor. I have years of experience of working with children, adults, adolescents, couples, groups and families with issues which can ultimately lead to confusion, anxiety and depression, difficult moods and behaviours. I can give you the space and time to make changes in your life in a private, comfortable and safe environment.
I am an experienced CBT and child and adolescent trained counsellor, Senior Accredited Member of the National Counselling Society and a Registered Member of BACP. I specialise in children's behaviour but I am also a qualified life coach and use mindfulness-based CBT, relaxation and hypnotherapy in my sessions and as every client is individual, an initial assessment is encouraged before therapy begins.
Practice description
My practice is situated on the outskirts of Doncaster town centre close to the A1, M1 and M18 with plenty of on-street parking. I am on a very frequent bus service and within 5 minutes walk from the nearest bus stop.
I am situated within very easy reach of the A1, M1 and M18 and there is a very frequent bus service a few minutes walk away.
I work with lots of different issues to help you get to reach whatever goals are important for you.
I am fully DBS checked for both adults and children and also BUPA recognised and certified.
I can offer flexible daytime and evening appointments for both counselling and supervision. I also offer an individual service for clients on the telephone or online if it is more convenient.
My first session
Your first session will be an assessment session lasting around one hour. It is necessary for an in-depth assessment to enable me to get as much information about your issues as possible so that I can understand and provide you with the best service. It is also an opportunity for you to ask me any questions you may have about therapy.
