About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully BACP registered psychodynamically trained pscyhotherapist, with 20 years of post-qualifying experience. I hold a master's degree in Psychotherapy (MA, PG Dip. Psych, MBACP Regd.) and I work to the BACP code of ethics. My expertise is focused on life crisis and psychological disorders, including anxiety, stress, depression, trauma and post-traumatic stress, abuse, addiction, personality disorders and relationship problems. I work with a diverse range of clients which has included NHS primary care patients; business leaders and organisations; members of the arts and entertainment industries; university students; and offenders in prisons.
In addition to my clinical work with clients, I write and give seminars and workshops on a range of Jungian themes.
Practice description
I work from clinics in person from clinics in Wigmore Street, London W1, and at Kings Cross, London WC1. I also work via Zoom and other internet platforms and also by phone.
Whichever method we decide to use, I always apply the same professional standards, and strive to create the same safe environment, as I do in my consulting rooms.
My first session
You are welcome to phone me or email me to arrange an initial meeting, during which you can tell me something of your story, and together we can assess your personal needs.
My working hours are normally between 8am and 5pm, Tuesday to Friday. Occasional weekend appointments can also be arranged. I normally work face to face with my clients in my consulting rooms in Wigmore Street, a few minutes from Bond Street tube, and at Kings Cross, and also via Zoom and by telephone.
Fees for group and individual sessions, including the initial consultation, start at £85 per 50 minute session. The fees for couple and family counselling commence at £110.
