About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I'm a very experienced psychotherapist and couples counsellor (30+ years) who is training to be a supervisor at CSTD London ( a leading training organisation for supervision since 1979).
Whilst I'm training, I'm offering free and low fee supervision (group and individual, online and in person Surrey CR5).
Supervision isn't just for therapists, but can be used in any work situation - eg small businesses and charities - as a place to reflect on anything that gets in the way of doing your job well, including the relationships involved (internally and externally). I have worked in small businesses, large corporations and charities.

I see people Monday to Friday, starting as early as 8am and with some evening appointments too.
About me and my therapy practice
BACP registered and with 30 years experience, I offer a safe, non-judgemental and creative space to explore personal or relationship concerns. Psychotherapy can help you to cope better with difficult experiences, to change your behaviours & attitudes, to resolve your problems and to develop resources for a more enriching life. Relational or couples counselling can help you repair relationships blighted by vicious arguments, affairs, mistrust, sexual issues, control, boredom or a deadening growing apart. Working with me can set your relationship back on course for better, more fulfilling times; or it can ease the difficulties of a breakup.
My long experience has developed in me a compassionate understanding of a breadth of human experience. Humanistic psychotherapy aims to empower and equip you to be your best self. I will integrate other approaches to psychotherapy to help you further. In couples and relational counselling we explore communication, attitudes, behaviours & early influences.
Practice description
It can be scary to seek support. I will receive you and your story without judgement and help you explore and resolve problems to suit your values. New parents are welcome to bring their pre-crawling babies. I also offer sessions walking with awareness in the countryside. These can be calming, restorative and enlightening. My first session
I offer a 30 minute free initial session to see if we feel comfortable working with one another (or this could be booked as a 55 session at half fee).
