About me and my therapy practice
I very much value what supervision brings to our therapeutic work, to provide a space to reflect and develop as therapists or supervisors, to be accountable for our work and to gain support and encouragement in the emotionally demanding role that we undertake. Having experience of working in a variety of organisations, including charities and the NHS, I can appreciate the challenges different contexts bring, as well as setting up and running a private practice.
As a supervisor and therapist I have experience of working with charities, the NHS and in private practice, working in groups or on a one to one basis. I am accredited with the BACP, have a level 6 qualification in supervision along side a registered nursing qualification.
I look forward to hearing from you if you would be interested in working with me.

About me and my therapy practice
I work as a therapist with adults in the Surrey and south London area. Alongside my private practice I also have experience of working with Cancer, Counselling, NHS and training organisations. I offer weekly sessions for both short and open-ended therapy in a comfortable and confidential environment. I am also a supervisor and facilitate training workshops for counsellors.
People choose to have therapy often because they are experiencing difficulties in their lives. Sometimes people can feel anxious or depressed, or may be struggling with other life events such as bereavement, divorce, health issues or redundancy. Others may be experiencing underlying feelings of dissatisfaction or be seeking to understand themselves better.
Therapy is a time set aside to look at the issues concerning you. This will include talking about life events, feelings, relationships, ways of thinking and patterns of behaviour. Together we can explore your issues and identify what might be helpful to you, either to resolve your difficulties or find ways of coping. Talking about these things may take time, courage and commitment but invariably leads to increased self-awareness and the ability to take greater control of your life.
If you would like to explore the possibility of therapy please contact me and we can arrange to meet. An initial consultation is an opportunity for us to talk together about what might be helpful for you. On going sessions are weekly for 50 minutes.
